A non-refundable $50 reservation fee is due at the time of booking.

All care provider parking costs are covered by the client.

Holidays and special events may be subject to a premium rate.

Cancellations require a 48 hour advance notice, 72 hours on holidays. Please make sure that you speak to a member of our admin team for an official cancellation. Otherwise, additional fees may apply.

Advance reservations are required for all bookings.

Final payments are due 24 hours prior to your sit date time.
